John 6:27 AMP
[27] Do not work for food that perishes, but for food that endures [and leads] to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give you; for God the Father has authorized Him and put His seal on Him.”
Jesus is not saying quit your job ans rocus on the kingdom.
He is just saying, don’t live to work.
Dont live as though your job is your source when its clearly God.
Jesus is saying, yes your job matters but there’s something that matters more. Something of eternal value.
Dont be so preoccupied with jobs and titles that you take your eyes off the real prize.
That being said, have a productive Monday and a fruitful week.
Remember to keep your eyes on the real prize,
1 Corinthians 9:24 AMP
[24] Do you not know that in a race all the runners run [their very best to win], but only one receives the prize? Run [your race] in such a way that you may seize the prize and make it yours!
Be disciplined as runners are.
Focus and be consistent.
Above all, have the mind of Christ, eho for the glory set before Him, endured the cross.
Take up your cross and follow Him, today and everyday.
